Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaydev Vihar, Bhubaneswar for an experienced Career/Educational Counselor. The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to students in their personal and professional development, assist them in achieving their academic goals, and help them explore various career paths and opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a deep understanding of student counseling, and a track record of success in a similar role. Salary- 9000-12000 Qualifications Any graduation degree in education, counseling, or a related field Fresher as well as experience as a career counselor or educational counselor Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to students in a clear and concise manner Strong knowledge of career development theories and techniques, as well as counseling principles and practices Demonstrated ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds and with different learning styles.
