Work Days: 6 days a weekWork Timings: 9:30 AM 7:30 PMAge Requirement: Below 30 years Location MG road Bangalore Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Career Counsellor to guide students/professionals in making informed academic and career decisions. The role involves understanding candidates interests, career goals, and educational background to suggest suitable programs or career paths.Key Responsibilities:Counsel students on academic programs, career opportunities, and skill development.Assist in resolving student queries and providing guidance for admissions/enrollments.Maintain follow-ups with potential students to ensure conversions.Conduct career counseling sessions (one-on-one/online/offline).Maintain student records and ensure high satisfaction.Requirements:Graduate in any degree 0 - 3 years of experience in counseling, sales, or academic advisory roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English and Hindi
