Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Provide career counseling to students, helping them identify their strengths, interests, and goals. Conduct psychometric testing and assessments to understand student personality traits and preferences. Offer education counseling services to guide students on academic planning and course selection. Develop strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with students and parents. Desired Candidate Profile M.A (Psychology) degree required; additional certifications in career counseling or related fields an asset. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role; freshers can apply but will need to demonstrate relevant skills through training programs or internships. Strong knowledge of psychological theories, principles, and practices applied to career development. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
