We are seeking an experienced and motivated Career Advisor to guide students and professionals in achieving their career goals. The ideal candidate will provide career counseling, skill development guidance, and support in job placement or higher education opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and group career counseling sessions.
• Assist students in identifying career interests, strengths, and goals.
• Provide guidance on resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
• Connect students with internships, job opportunities, and higher education programs.
• Organize career fairs, workshops, and training sessions.
• Maintain updated knowledge of job market trends and industry requirements.
• Collaborate with employers, academic staff, and training partners to create opportunities.
• Keep accurate student career records and progress reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide students toward their career goals.
• Knowledge of current job market trends and industry practices.
• Prior experience in career advising, counseling, or placement coordination preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
