Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Care Navigator located in Hyderabad. The Care Navigator will be responsible for providing support to cancer patients and their caregivers, helping them navigate their treatment journey. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with healthcare providers, offering emotional support, assisting with scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The role also involves educating patients and caregivers about available resources and services.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide emotional support and empathetic patient care
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing patient records and appointments
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and oncology treatments
• Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers and support teams
• Experience in patient advocacy or care navigation is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Nursing, Social Work, or Healthcare Administration
