Job Profile for Cardiologist:

Patanjali Yogpeeth Critical Care Hospital, Haridwar is seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiologist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will diagnose, treat and help prevent diseases and conditions of the heart and blood vessels, with a patient-first approach and a commitment to evidence-based medicine.

Qualification & Experience:

• MBBS with MD/DNB in Internal Medicine and DM/DNB in Cardiology from a recognized institution.
• 3 – 4 years’ experience OR 5 – 10 years’ experience specializing in cardiology and related sciences.
• 3 years of experience practicing as a Cardiologist.
  

Duties & Responsibilities:

Scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following:

• Diagnose and treat cardiovascular, neurological and general medical conditions by performing detailed assessments and tests.
• Consulting with patients to understand their symptoms and health concerns.
• Diagnose and treat disorders and diseases of the cardiovascular system.
• Run Cath lab effectively.
• Perform patient exams and order or conduct diagnostic testing.
• Develop ongoing treatment and disease-management plans for the patients.
• Prescribing tests, treatments and/or surgery when necessary.
• Conduct early-detection screenings.
• Maintain good communication with patients, physicians and staffs and administration.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations and best practices.
• High standard of ethical and moral conduct.

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in non-invasive or interventional cardiology (as applicable).
• Ability to handle emergencies and critical care cardiology cases.
• Familiarity with EHR and hospital management systems.
• Commitment to continuous learning and development.
