Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cardio Thoracic & Vascular Surgeon (CTVS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in performing thoracic and cardiovascular surgeries, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Perform complex cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries.
Diagnose and treat diseases of the heart, lungs, and vascular system.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Provide preoperative and postoperative care for patients.
Conduct research and keep up-to-date with advancements in cardiac surgery.
Educate patients and their families on surgical procedures and recovery processes.

Skills and Qualifications

MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
Postgraduate degree (MD/MS) in General Surgery or equivalent.
Fellowship in Cardio Thoracic and Vascular Surgery (CTVS).
Strong surgical skills and proficiency in various surgical techniques.
Excellent understanding of cardiopulmonary anatomy and physiology.
Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with medical advancements.
