Role & responsibilities : Pre-Procedural Responsibilities Patient Preparation: Verify patient identity and procedure consent. Prepare patients physically and mentally for procedures. Explain procedure steps and answer queries under supervision. Equipment and Inventory Checks: Ensure all equipment is functioning. Calibrate imaging systems and verify radiation safety protocols. Clean-up and Reporting: Decontaminate equipment and dispose of biomedical waste properly. Restock materials and update procedure logs and billing entries. 4. Equipment Maintenance Perform routine maintenance and coordinate servicing of cath lab machines.
