Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of the car wash and detailing studio
  • Manage and schedule staff to ensure efficient workflow
  • Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and equipment
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of the premises
  • Track daily sales, expenses, and report to the management
  • Develop marketing and promotional strategies to boost business
  • Train and guide team members on best practices and service standards

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle detailing processes and equipment
  • Familiarity with customer service and sales operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
