Car Mechanic

Job Summary As a Car Mechanic at REPYAR, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, diagnosing problems, and repairing customer vehicles either on-site or in the workshop. This is a customer-facing, skill-oriented role that demands high accountability, technical expertise, and punctuality. Key Responsibilities Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components Diagnose vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and hands-on assessment Perform regular maintenance work (oil change, brake adjustment, coolant refill, etc.) Repair or replace faulty parts (clutch, suspension, battery, brakes, etc.) Handle on-site repair service requests (field jobs) Maintain cleanliness and order of the workspace Update job status using REPYAR’s internal app system Follow safety protocols and quality standards Required Skills & QualificationsITI/Diploma in Automobile Engineering or equivalent (preferred) Minimum 1 year of experience as an automobile technician or car mechanic Familiar with both petrol and diesel engines (manual & automatic cars) Basic smartphone operation knowledge (for job tracking in app) Must have own tool kit (preferred, not mandatory) Ability to work independently or as part of a mobile repair team Honest, disciplined, and reliable personality Preferred QualificationsTwo-wheeler license (mandatory), four-wheeler license is a plus Experience in servicing fleet vehicles is an advantage Ability to communicate with customers professionally Perks & Benefits Competitive monthly salary + bonus/incentives Branded REPYAR uniforms, ID card, and tools (if eligible) Career growth: Opportunity to become Supervisor/Team Leader Work with a reputed and growing brand Training on new tools and safety procedures Weekly off and emergency leave policy
