Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Car Loans Executive located in Kottayam. The Car Loans Executive will be responsible for managing and processing car loan applications, conducting customer background checks, ensuring loan documentation is complete, and coordinating with dealers and customers. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent service, and ensuring timely follow-up on loan applications.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan processing and customer background checks
• Knowledge of car loan products and related documentation
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Ability to coordinate with dealers and customers effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the financial services sector is a plus
• Proficiency in local language and understanding of the local market
