Job Description

A disciplined and reliable individual with good driving skills and a responsible attitude. Possesses basic education and can read and understand English instructions, documents, and road signs. In addition to driving duties, capable of assisting with general office work such as document handling, courier delivery, photocopying, filing, and basic computer tasks.

Key Skills

Excellent driving record and familiarity with city and highway routes
Ability to maintain vehicle cleanliness and check basic maintenance
Responsible for timely pick-up and drop of company staff or guests
Basic knowledge of car servicing and troubleshooting minor issues
Can assist in office work – filing, document delivery, record keeping, etc.
Understands English instructions and basic written communication
Punctual, honest, and hardworking with a polite attitude

Responsibilities

Drive company car safely and responsibly
Maintain vehicle in good working condition (fuel, air, cleanliness, etc.)
Support administrative staff with small tasks and errands
Handle courier collection and delivery when required
Maintain trip logs, fuel records, and other driving-related documentation
Report any vehicle issues or repairs promptly

Education

Minimum: 10th Pass (or equivalent)
Basic understanding of English (reading and writing)
