Job Summary:
In the hotel industry, a captain, often referred to as a Restaurant Captain or F&B Captain, plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating service operations, particularly in food and beverage (F&B) areas. Their responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring high service standards, managing inventory, and maintaining a positive guest experience. They act as a liaison between the kitchen and service staff, and often handle guest complaints and requests.
