Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Captain to lead and supervise the stewarding/service team. The Captain will ensure smooth operations, excellent service standards, and a positive experience for guests or internal clients. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of stewards/service staff ✅ Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service at all times ✅ Allocate duties and manage shifts efficiently ✅ Assist in training new stewards and service staff ✅ Address guest or internal team requirements promptly and courteously ✅ Ensure all safety, hygiene, and company policies are followed ✅ Handle basic reporting or documentation related to operations Requirements: 🔹 12th pass or higher qualification preferred 🔹 1-3 years of experience in a similar role 🔹 Good leadership and communication skills 🔹 Strong understanding of hygiene, safety, and service standards 🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
