About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Captain to lead restaurant floor operations and ensure exceptional guest service at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hands-on service experience in a hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise stewards and manage daily floor operations
* Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
* Coordinate with kitchen and front office teams
* Handle guest feedback and service recovery
* Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service SOPs
Required Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum 1–4 years of experience as Captain / Senior Waiter in a hotel or reputed restaurant
* Hotel or Hospitality background preferred
* Good communication and team-handling skills
* Well-groomed and professional appearance
