Capital Reporting- Analyst

As a Capital Reporting Analyst within the Capital Reporting Regulatory group, you will have the opportunity to build your career in the regulatory space. Your role will involve daily monitoring and preparation of capital adequacy and large exposures reports, supporting other Finance teams in meeting reporting requirements, and leading various projects. You will also develop familiarity with key reporting tools such as AXIOM, Capri, and CRD4 regulatory frameworks to enhance reporting efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor and prepare daily capital adequacy and large exposures reports. - Partner with and support other Finance teams in meeting diverse reporting requirements. - Lead and direct various projects, including resolution of Axiom and Capri defects. - Review and investigate trends for small entities, securing confirmation from business stakeholders. - Interpret regulatory rules that underpin reporting processes. - Develop familiarity with key reporting tools such as AXIOM, Capri, and CRD4 regulatory frameworks. - Understand the reporting model infrastructure and implement streamlined process solutions to enhance reporting efficiency. **Qualifications Required:** - Good academics and strong accounting knowledge. - Strong interpersonal and team working skills. - Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Flexibility to work under pressure to meet changing work requirements and strict deadlines. - Ability to communicate effectively at all levels. - Strong attention to detail. - Investment banking product knowledge including derivatives, equities, and debt securities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Access, Outlook, Word, and Powerpoint.
