Capital Projects Senior Analyst

As a Capital Projects Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will be part of the team responsible for overseeing the project controls estimation aspects of Electric transmission infrastructure development projects. Your role will be crucial in maximizing project cost benefits by assisting onshore and offshore teams, and client team in preparing cost estimates and developing project controls to support estimating, planning, and scheduling risk, cost, and change management. You will be utilizing your investment project management and control capabilities related to grid assets to facilitate the energy transition, particularly transmission interconnections. In this role, you will be managing the streams for Schedule, Budget, Risks, and Issues for major Electric transmission infrastructure development projects. Your responsibilities will include managing the outlining scope, timelines, and resource requirements for these projects. Leading a multidisciplinary project team, you will provide clear direction and goals to team members, foster collaboration, and ensure effective communication within the team. You will also be responsible for developing and managing the project budget, monitoring costs, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions to ensure cost-effectiveness in procurement and resource allocation. Furthermore, you will oversee the risk governance throughout the entire project lifecycle, supporting the development of mitigation strategies and implementation of contingency plans. As a Capital Projects Senior Analyst, you will evaluate and manage changes to the project scope, assess the impact of changes on budget and schedule, and effectively communicate these changes to all stakeholders. Additionally, you will be preparing regular progress reports for management and stakeholders, capturing lessons learned for continuous improvement.
