Capital Projects Management Assoc Mgr

As a Capital Projects Management Assoc Manager with Accenture, you will be involved in low carbon grid capital projects for IX Intelligent Capital Project Operations. With 10 to 14 years of experience in the field, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing projects related to power systems design, analysis, and operation. Your responsibilities will include providing technical expertise in planning, designing, operating, and maintaining electrical power systems, encompassing both renewable and conventional energy sources. To excel in this role, you are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree or higher. Your experience should demonstrate a deep understanding of power system engineering, encompassing system design, analysis, and protection. Proficiency in power system modeling software like ETAP, PSS/E, DigSILENT PowerFactory, CYME, or similar tools is essential. Additionally, you should possess strong knowledge of power system components, analysis, protection, and control, along with experience in managing teams on large projects. Your key responsibilities will involve leading the design and analysis of electrical power systems, managing power system projects from conceptualization to commissioning, and providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams. Furthermore, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing protection and control schemes, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations, troubleshooting complex power system issues, and driving continuous improvement in power system designs and practices.
