Job Description

Maintain line-item level control on R&D and Plant Capex budgets. Manage the upload, transfer, and changes to the Capex budget. Evaluate commercial and financial spend requests to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints. Capitalization of assets including plant, experience stores, tinting machines, training academies, and regular capitalizations (HO, admin, IT assets, vehicles). Ensure accurate and timely asset capitalization in compliance with Ind AS. Prepare and provide data for quarterly and yearly audit closures. Address auditors' queries and ensure compliance with audit requirements. Assist the Financial Reporting (FR) team in book closure activities related to Capex. Provide necessary data to the tax team for various statutory requirements, including advance tax calculations.
