· Degree in Home Sciences / Hotel Management / Catering Technology
· Plan and prepare simple, nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snacks for office staff.
· Cook and serve food using standard recipes and proper portion sizes.
· Maintain high kitchen hygiene and clean utensils, equipment, and work areas.
· Store raw materials safely, monitor stock, and coordinate purchases with admin.
· Reduce food wastage through good planning and portion control.
· Keep daily stock records and submit reports.
· Take employee feedback and suggest improvements in menu and service.
· Knowledge of Indian cuisine, quantity cooking, and food safety.
· Hard-working, punctual, with a positive service attitude and ownership for canteen operations.
