Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the canteen, including food preparation, service, and cleaning. Supervising canteen staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow. Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and managing inventory to minimize waste and ensure availability. Implementing and maintaining strict hygiene standards, ensuring food safety regulations are followed, and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. Addressing patients complaints, ensuring patients satisfaction, and handling feedback. May be involved in tracking expenses, managing budgets, and handling cash transactions. Preparing reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant data. Ensuring equipment is well-maintained and reporting any maintenance needs.
