"Preparation of Canada Individual Tax Returns
Attentive participation in training modules for the same
Responsible for self-review of deliverables before handing them to Senior Associate / Manager
Utilize available tax technical resources to enhance international tax knowledge
Attention to detail, deadline-oriented, and able to manage time
Adaptability and readiness to contribute to cross-team initiatives
Respects and maintains confidentiality of client, staff, and firm information
Communicate progress and project status to all stakeholders
Knowledge of the firm policies related to confidentiality and data privacy, client acceptance and engagement letters, tax return preparer guidelines, and knowledge sharing
Adhere to practice protocol and other internal processes consistently Score Cut Off: 50% across academics (10th, +2, UG, PG) Eagerness to broaden skills by supporting cross-team initiatives and responsibilities Committed, hard-working, ability to work long hours, proactive
