Job Description

As a Campus Recruiter for FY'25 in Bangalore, your primary responsibility will be to attract, engage, and hire top talent from universities and colleges. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to source and recruit candidates. Additionally, you will build relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations to enhance the employer brand and attract diverse candidates. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and making job offers. Furthermore, you will coordinate and participate in campus recruitment events, career fairs, and information sessions to promote the organization and engage with potential candidates. As a Campus Recruiter, you will need to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting top talent. You will also be required to maintain accurate recruitment data and reports to track key metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with prior experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Additionally, proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing and networking purposes is highly desirable.,
