Campus Management Supervisor

As a Campus Management Supervisor, your role will involve overseeing the daily management and maintenance of the company campus in Bihar. Your responsibilities will include: - Campus Supervision - Conduct daily inspection of the campus, including cleanliness, roads, buildings, and office areas. - Ensure housekeeping activities are completed to the set standards. - Maintain hygiene in washrooms, offices, pathways, and public areas. - Security Coordination - Monitor and coordinate with security guards. - Control the entry and exit of staff, visitors, and vehicles. - Ensure that CCTV, campus lighting, and security checkpoints are functioning correctly. - Maintenance Support - Identify and report maintenance requirements for electrical, plumbing, and civil works. - Coordinate with external contractors and service providers. - Maintain campus tools, housekeeping materials, and inventory. - Gardening & Waste Control - Supervise lawn, gardening, and green area maintenance. - Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain clean surroundings. - Reporting & Documentation - Maintain daily campus inspection reports. - Report all maintenance issues to Admin/HR. - Assist in basic administrative tasks as required. You should possess good communication and coordination skills, the ability to supervise staff and contractors, a basic understanding of facility, cleaning, and maintenance operations, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and discipline. Qualifications: - Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate - Additional facility management knowledge is an advantage Experience: - Fresher or Experienced candidates can apply. - Outside candidates are preferred for the Bihar location.
