As the Campus Head at Newton School of Technology, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the student experience, overseeing everything from academics to extracurricular activities. You will be responsible for managing the campus budget, fostering collaboration between departments, and ensuring effective communication channels. Your leadership will be instrumental in identifying and removing obstacles to create an environment conducive to thriving learning. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Newton School of Technology campus and drive its strategic direction - Identify and eliminate barriers hindering the team's progress towards goals - Manage the campus budget and coordinate initiatives with the central program team - Collaborate closely with academic and student success teams to monitor student progress and drive positive outcomes - Establish processes to enhance student engagement, pedagogy, and overall performance - Oversee campus marketing, branding, and student experience initiatives - Partner with placement and training cell to facilitate internships and placements - Foster strong partnerships with the partner university to enhance collaboration Requirements: - Minimum 8+ years of experience in Category Management - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with previous software development experience preferred - Proven track record of goal-driven performance in fast-paced environments - Ability to balance long-term strategic planning with short-term goal achievement - Empathy towards students and a commitment to their success - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.,
