Campaigns Associate

You will be joining Varahe Analytics, one of India's leading integrated political consulting firms, as a Campaigns Associate for a Short-Term Contractual role of 11 months based in Chennai. Your role within the Campaigns Team will involve ideating, executing, monitoring, and optimizing online and offline campaigns for clients at various levels. Your responsibilities will include interacting with campaign stakeholders, managing on-ground resources, upholding quality standards, monitoring vendor performances, coordinating with vendors, assisting in project ideation, developing SOPs, overseeing key events, and providing timely reports to the manager. **Key Responsibilities:** - Interact with multiple campaign stakeholders to understand and finalize project deliverables, timelines, and vendors. - Manage on-ground resources and comprehend client needs. - Uphold internal quality standards for deliverables. - Regularly monitor and report on vendor performance. - Coordinate with vendors to execute online and offline campaigns. - Ensure assigned resources are present at key offline events for smooth event flow. - Assist with project ideation. - Support the Senior Consultant in developing SOPs. - Manage and oversee key offline events for flawless execution. - Provide timely and clear reports to the manager about project execution. **Qualifications Required:** - Willingness to travel extensively and work long hours. - Strong relationship management skills. - Effective vendor management. - Good communication skills. - Effective team management skills. - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. - Proficiency in Excel and data management. - Ability to work in a multi-stakeholder environment. **Desirable Skills:** - Proficiency in Tamil and English. - Basic understanding of politics and India's democratic system. - Bachelors or Masters degree. - Experience in event management. - 2-4 years of professional experience.
