Job Description

Campaign Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end campaign operations across owned channels (mobile App, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications).
Set up campaigns on CRM/marketing automation platforms (MoEngage, WebEngage, Clevertap, etc.).
Build and maintain campaign journeys, ensuring accurate targeting, segmentation, and timely execution.
Monitor live campaigns daily, troubleshoot issues, and ensure error-free delivery.
Create and maintain MIS dashboards for campaign performance tracking and stakeholder reporting.
Extract, validate, and analyze campaign and user data; SQL knowledge is a strong plus.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for business teams, highlighting performance trends and opportunities.
Coordinate with product, analytics, and tech teams to streamline campaign execution and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Maintain clear documentation for campaign processes, reports, and learnings to enable scale.

Must Haves

Bachelors degree in any field.
2–4 years of experience in campaign execution, CRM operations, or performance monitoring.
Strong command over Excel; hands-on experience with data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation tools (MoEngage, WebEngage, Clevertap, etc.).
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaign operations in a fast-paced environment.
