Campaign Management Specialist

What would you do

Individual will be responsible to ensure all deliverables for the team are completed with specified quality standards and deployed within timelines

Manage team utilization and Forecast for future campaigns

Individual will be responsible to manage Email Marketing requests received via email/phone/ Teams/ Workfront

Manage the communications with the Onshore team and delegate campaigns and tasks with the Offshore team

Manage end-to-end email campaign process for Pharma industry

QA the campaign to ensure 100% accuracy

Individual is needed to complete tasks (deploy emails, Generate Distribution list, manage calls with the project managers) on time and error-free.

Ensure progress, issues and agreements are properly documented and acted upon.

Follow transactions/issues tracking mechanism and capture all the details required on the tracking tool

What are we looking for

Minimum 5 years of Email Marketing Experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience of working on MOS products: particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook.

Strong analytical knowledge in the marketing space.

Impeccable time management and communication skills

Project and Client (Brand team) management experience is a must.

Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and requirements; ability to proactively engage customer in the course of project management.

MOS Experience working on Team reports, Excel, Word and PPT

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong listening skills

Excellent customer service skills and experience in customer facing role.

Able to work in a highly dynamic environment and able to multi-task.

Working knowledge of how a Database works which can be leveraged for Email Marketing Programmes is a must.

Minimum 4 years working knowledge of SFMC

Intimate knowledge of Email Marketing Best Practices and trends

Roles and Responsibilities:

May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures

The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals

Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor

May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture

Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments

Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside

Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client.

Key Responsibilities:

? Design, implement, and manage campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud

? Support digital marketing activities (email, mobile, social, web personalization, and ads)

? Create and manage content and promotions across multiple channels

? Work with peers and update supervisors on progress

? Analyze and solve problems of low to moderate complexity

? Deliver quality work while meeting deadlines and performance goals

Skills Required:

? Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Account Engagement, CDP, Campaigns)

? Strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns, journey builder, Ampscript, automation studio,

HTML, CSS and email marketing.

? Problem-solving and results orientation

? Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

? Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts
