Camp Counsellor Male (2 Positions – Ophthalmology Background)

Role Overview:
We are hiring 2 male camp counsellors with ophthalmology background to coordinate patient flow, provide counselling, and manage outreach operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage eye check-up camps across different locations.
• Counsel patients about eye conditions, treatment options, and surgical procedures.
• Ensure smooth flow of patients during camps, maintaining clear communication.
• Liaise with local communities, NGOs, and hospital teams for camp organization.
• Assist in awareness drives, data collection, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Ophthalmology, Optometry, or related healthcare field.
• Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and/or Hindi.
• Willing to travel extensively for outreach camps.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
