Male Optometrist - Outreach Program

We are seeking 2 certified male optometrists to join our Outreach Program team. This role involves conducting community eye screenings, educating patients about eye health, and supporting our doctors in providing high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct refraction tests, vision screenings, and preliminary eye examinations in outreach camps.
• Assist ophthalmologists in diagnosis and patient management.
• Counsel patients about treatment options and post-care instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and camp reports.
• Support hospital initiatives like CSR programs and community health drives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Optometry (certified).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Telugu, and/or Hindi.
• Willingness to travel extensively for outreach camps (travel allowance provided).
• Passionate about community service and patient care.
