Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Calling Professional. The Calling Professional will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining the benefits of our products, addressing inquiries, following up on leads, and maintaining a record of customer interactions. Additionally, they will provide information about products and services, handle customer complaints, and arrange appointments between sales representatives and potential clients.

Duration: 6 Months (Performance-based conversion to a permanent role)

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹6,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications

• Experience in making outbound and inbound calls
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Basic computer skills for maintaining records and scheduling appointments
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
• Prior experience in a customer service or telecalling role is advantageous
• Fluency in English and Hindi
