Key Responsibilities:

• Make

  outbound calls

  to potential customers (domestic and international) to promote company products and services.

• Generate new leads

  and follow up with existing clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain an updated

  client database

  and ensure accurate entries in CRM.
• Collaborate with the

  marketing and sales teams

  to execute campaigns effectively.
• Assist in creating

  email marketing content

  and digital promotional activities.
• Build and maintain

  strong, long-term business relationships

  with clients.
• Consistently achieve

  weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years

  of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or marketing.
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

  (English, Hindi; knowledge of South Indian languages will be an added advantage).
• Proficiency in

  MS Office and CRM tools.

• Self-motivated, result-driven, and proactive

  approach to work.
• Ability to handle both

  domestic and international clients.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree

Salary:

As per industry standards (based on interview and experience).
