Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at Creative Designs RC, located in Bengaluru. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our services, and answering any questions clients may have. Additionally, the Caller will schedule appointments, maintain call records, follow-up on client inquiries, and assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Regular reporting of call outcomes and feedback collection will be part of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette skills
• Experience with customer service or call center operations
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software
• Ability to maintain accurate call records and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle client concerns professionally
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus
• Relevant educational qualifications (High school diploma or equivalent)
