Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller, located in Bangalore Urban. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about our financial products and services. Daily tasks include maintaining call logs, updating customer information, following up with potential leads, and achieving set targets for customer engagement and sales. The role requires maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor to build positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice
• Experience in customer service or telemarketing
• Basic knowledge of financial products and services
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
• Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining accurate records
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in finance or marketing are a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
