Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller located in Tiruppur. The Caller will be responsible for incoming calls from potential and current clients, maintaining a comprehensive call log, providing detailed information about our transportation services, resolving client inquiries, and coordinating with the internal team for seamless operations. Additional tasks may include data entry, report generation, and customer follow-up to ensure service satisfaction. Qualifications Basic communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction Basic knowledge in data entry and report generation Ability to handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about services Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using call log systems and maintaining accurate records Ability to work full-time on-site in Tiruppur Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in relevant fields are a plus
