Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Quality Trainer based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Call Quality Trainer is responsible for monitoring and assessing the quality of calls, providing feedback and training to improve performance, and developing training materials. The role involves conducting regular training sessions, creating detailed performance reports, and collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality customer service.
