Role: Associate/Senior Associate – SSQA
Experience: 1-5 Years

Location: Ambit-Ambattur & Shriram Gateway- Perungulathur
Shift Timings: Open to work for US Shift Timings (Rotational)
CTC: Associate (4-4.3LPA Max) & Senior Associate (5-5.3 LPA Max)

Excellent Communication must
Candidate should possess Language Training
Should have knowledge in Call Audit.

Required Skill:

Monitor calls and emails on communication and soft skills per sampling plans.
Monitor and coach agents on grammar, pronunciation, syllable stress and other aspects of the English language, culture, etc.
Provide consistent coaching and feedback to enhance employee performance.
Support floor training initiatives.
