You are urgently required to join Adeeba E Services Pvt Ltd as a Customer Service Executive / Technical Support Executive for Inbound Voice Process (Tech Support) in US Shift. Your responsibilities will include: - Taking inbound calls from customers regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues. - Diagnosing the problems effectively and suggesting the most suitable plan to the customers. - Offering technical support plans and relevant software solutions to the customers.
