Call Centre Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Call Centre Head to lead and manage our customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in team handling and in a senior position within a BPO/Call Centre environment. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, meeting performance targets, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the call centre.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of call centre executives.
• Ensure achievement of service targets and KPIs.
• Train, mentor, and guide team members for performance improvement.
• Handle escalated customer issues effectively and professionally.
• Coordinate with management for operational strategies and workflow improvement.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling and senior position in a BPO/Call Centre.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in call centre tools, CRM software, and MS Office.
• Excellent customer service skills and people management abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,460.28 - ₹22,108.47 per month
