Call Centre Care Executive

Job Title: Elite Call Handler (Part-Time, Flexible, English EXCELLENT Essential)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable and flexible Elite Call Handler to support our growing legal intake team. This is a freelance, part-time role (approx. 10 hours per week) with flexible scheduling. You must be available 7 days a week to take occasional calls/messages when needed — usually just a few hours spread across the week.

You will be the first point of contact for new personal injury and housing disrepair clients, handling sensitive enquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Key Duties:

• Take inbound client enquiries (accidents at work, public liability, housing disrepair)
• Conduct first-call screening using our structured intake checklist
• Manage anxious or injured clients with care and professionalism
• Record accurate call notes and escalate viable claims for CNF preparation
• Communicate promptly with the legal and marketing teams for smooth handovers
• Provide leadership on high-value or urgent calls

Essential Requirements:

• Fluent in Punjabi (spoken essential) – must be able to manage full conversations in Punjabi
• Excellent English (spoken and written) – must pass an English communication test
• Professional telephone manner and confidence under pressure
• Good smartphone with strong internet connection and WhatsApp access
• Flexible and reliable – available across all 7 days (only a few hours’ work needed when required)
• Ability to work independently and use good judgment

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in legal intake, customer service, or call centre roles
• Familiarity with housing disrepair and accident claims
• Knowledge of CRM/call handling systems
• Additional languages (Urdu, Romanian, Portuguese) are an advantage
