Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to individuals and community members to inform and educate them about social welfare programs and services. Collect feedback, data, and basic survey inputs over the phone. Maintain accurate and detailed call records in internal systems. Explain program objectives clearly in Kannada. Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups or escalations. Meet daily/weekly calling targets and ensure quality conversations. Provide courteous and empathetic responses to queries. Candidate Requirements: Education: Any graduate (open to all streams). Experience: 0 to 6 months (Freshers welcome). Language: Must be fluent in Kannada; knowledge of English or Hindi is an added advantage. Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Local Preference: Local candidates from Bengaluru preferred for cultural and language familiarity. Basic computer knowledge for data entry and reporting.
