We are currently looking for Customer Service Executives / Technical Support Executives to join our Inbound Voice Process (Tech Support) team in the US Shift. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers. Your tasks will include diagnosing the problems, providing appropriate solutions, and recommending suitable technical support plans and software to the customers. Key Roles and Responsibilities: - Receive and handle inbound calls regarding technical issues. - Diagnose customer problems and offer optimal solutions. - Recommend and sell technical support plans and relevant software. Benefits and Facilities: - Fixed Salary disbursed on the 1st of every month into your Salary Account. - 24 leaves per year along with comp offs and birthday leaves. - Lucrative Incentive Schemes. - No Extension of Shift Timings. - Enjoy a Friendly Working Environment. Candidate Profile: - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Outbound Tech Support. - Proficient in closing their own calls. - Possess strong convincing and sales skills. - Immediate joiners preferred. Salary: Rs. 15,000-22,000 per month (fixed) + Generous Incentives Shift: US Shift (9:00 pm to 7:00 am) Working Days: 6 days a week Qualifications: - H.S.
