You will be joining NURA - Sustained Health with Active-AI Screening as a Call Center Representative in Kozhikode. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, maintaining customer satisfaction, utilizing interpersonal skills, offering customer support, and demonstrating computer literacy in day-to-day tasks. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills, Customer Satisfaction and Interpersonal Skills, Computer Literacy, and excellent communication skills with fluency in Hindi and English.
