Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Operator based in Gurugram. The Call Center Operator will be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing customer support, addressing queries, guiding patients through various services, and ensuring a seamless patient experience. The operator will maintain high levels of phone etiquette, document patient interactions accurately, and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues promptly.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently on-site in Gurugram

• Prior experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
