Job Title: Call Center Executive (Female Only)

Location: NGO A Colony

Experience: Fresher

Department: Customer Support / Operations

Reports To: Call Center Supervisor / Manager

Job Summary:

We are hiring Female Call Center Executives for our office at NGO A Colony. The candidate will handle customer calls, provide details about services, resolve queries, and maintain good communication with clients. Freshers from nearby local areas are highly encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend inbound and outbound calls courteously.
Provide correct information about services and handle customer queries.
Maintain call records and update details in the system.
Follow company communication standards and targets.
Support team members in daily call operations.
Build and maintain a good relationship with customers.

Skills Required:

Good communication skills in Tamil (Basic English is an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel).
Friendly, polite, and confident voice tone.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Education Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass or Any Degree
