Call Center & Customer Support Executive
Experience: 1 to 3 Years (Freshers with strong communication English, Hindi and Marathi can apply)Key Responsibilities>>Video Sales Support and Consultation>>Handle inbound & outbound customer calls>>Provide product information, troubleshooting & service support>>Manage customer queries via calls, email & WhatsApp>>Record customer interactions in CRM system>>Coordinate with service / logistics team for issue resolution>>Follow up with customers for feedback & satisfaction>>Maintain high-quality customer experience & service standardsSkills Required>>Excellent communication (English, Marathi, & Hindi)>>Active listening & problem-solving ability>>Basic knowledge of CRM / ticketing tools>>Ability to stay calm under pressure & handle escalations>>Customer-first mindsetPreferred>>Experience with consumer electronics / e-commerce support>>Knowledge of warranty / repair / installation coordination
