Role Overview: As a Call Center Associate at Vector Art, your main responsibility will be handling both inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service. You will be tasked with addressing inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This full-time position, based in Mumbai, will require you to work UK and AUS shifts. Your professionalism and ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks will play a key role in your success in this role.
