Call Center Agent - Night shift (Onsite-Pune)

As a Process Associate at thinkbridge, you will play a key role in supporting BPO hiring operations by sourcing top talent with strong attention to detail, multitasking, and communication skills. It is important to note that this position is distinct from Talent Acquisition or Recruiter roles. In this role, your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing profiles relevant to client requirements - Updating profiles on ERP systems regularly - Identifying potential profiles using client tracking systems - Tracking profiles submitted on client tracking systems - Collaborating closely with clients to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
