To excel in this position, you should possess strong calibration and testing skills along with a solid understanding of Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering principles. Your analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities will be crucial in ensuring accurate and precise calibration results. Attention to detail is key in this role to maintain the high standards set by the laboratory. Ideally, you should hold an ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
