You will be joining ECO Paryavaran Laboratories and Consultants Pvt. Ltd. in Mohali as an experienced Quality Assurance professional. Your qualifications should include a B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of QA experience in a NABL-accredited laboratory. It is essential to have a strong understanding of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and NABL procedures. Your key responsibilities in this role will involve maintaining and updating QMS documentation such as the Quality Manual, SOPs, and forms. You will be responsible for conducting internal audits, managing non-conformities, and implementing CAPA. Additionally, you will prepare for and support NABL and external audits, maintain training and competency records of lab personnel, and review test reports, calibration records, and quality control data. Monitoring environmental conditions, ensuring method validation and equipment calibration compliance, and maintaining timely documentation, data traceability, and continual improvement initiatives will also be part of your duties. You will establish, implement, and maintain the laboratory's management system in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017, coordinate training programs related to quality and ISO 17025 requirements, and monitor laboratory activities to ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and other regulatory/accreditation bodies. Ensuring appropriate retention and traceability of quality records will also be crucial. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift.
